    All orders placed by 11:59 PM (Monday to Thursday) will be shipped the next day via DHL / Deutsche Post. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be handed over to the shipping provider on Monday.

How long does shipping take?

We usually ship your order with DHL or Deutsche Post.

After a processing time of one business day, delivery usually takes 1-3 business days.

Shipping takes place from Monday to Friday.

We deliberately state a longer shipping duration because we cannot influence possible delays at DHL or Deutsche Post. In practice, however, we usually significantly exceed these expectations.

For example, if an order is received on Sunday, it is usually shipped on Monday and often reaches the customer on Tuesday. On some days, we even ship orders on the same day – if the process allows – so that the processing time is completely eliminated.

Can I return my order?

Of course, you have the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods. Should anything not meet your expectations or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time. We will take care of your request quickly and easily.


You can use the withdrawal form at the bottom of our page under 'Revoke Contract' or alternatively contact us simply via WhatsApp or email. Please always include your order number.

In the event of a return, the buyer bears the return shipping costs. The refund will be made in accordance with legal regulations, minus our fairly calculated return costs of €7.99. Alternatively, you can of course also use your own shipping label, which is often more cost-effective. Please note that shipping, including insurance, is your responsibility.

Our experience from recent years shows an exceptionally low return rate of only about 0.5 to 1%. This confirms to us daily that our customers are extremely satisfied with the quality and reliability of our products.

Is the online shop secure? Are my payment details protected?

Black Pont builds on over 5 years of experience in e-commerce.

All orders are carefully packed by hand and personally dropped off at DHL or Deutsche Post.

You will, of course, receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Are the products authentic?

Yes. All products in our range are original.

Our private label products - predominantly in the glassware sector - are appropriately marked.

All other items are sourced exclusively from official partners, wholesalers or directly from the manufacturers.

Can I list my products on Black Pont?

We are always interested in selected partnerships – including in the areas of merchandise and custom creations.
